1. Who we are
Wular Ltd ("Wular", "we", "us" or "our") provides DreamLoop and is responsible for the processing described here. Contact us at contact@wular.us.
2. Information we collect
Content you choose to submit
We process the text description, selected scene tags, generation settings and up to two reference photos that you deliberately submit. A photo may contain personal or sensitive information, so submit only content you have the right and permission to use.
Generated projects
We store generation status, prompt and settings, provider task IDs, generated videos and thumbnails, timestamps, error information, and whether you chose to request publication in Explore. Private projects are not shown in Explore. Public requests are subject to review.
Account, app and purchase information
We process the anonymous Firebase identifier, platform, country and language where supplied by the app, credit balance, daily-credit claims, purchased credit-pack size and store transaction outcomes. Apple or Google processes payment details; Wular does not receive full card details.
Community and support information
If you like or report public content, we process the action and any report details. If you contact support, we receive the contact details and information you choose to include.
3. Your third-party AI-processing choice
Before the first generation, DreamLoop asks whether you allow the description and creation settings you enter, plus any reference photos you choose, to be processed by Evolink AI or Leonardo.Ai to create the video. Your description may also be sent to Google Gemini for safety screening.
Choosing Not now sends no prompt, settings or selected photo, starts no generation and charges no credits. Choosing Allow & generate stores the permission only on your device. You can review or withdraw it from Profile at any time.
Withdrawal prevents future content from being sent until you allow it again. It does not undo completed processing; delete a project or your account to request deletion of retained DreamLoop records.
4. How AI video processing works
- The app sends your submitted content securely to Wular's authenticated backend.
- Your description may be sent to Google Gemini to identify prohibited sexual, exploitative, violent or extremist requests.
- Evolink AI or Leonardo.Ai receives the prompt, generation settings and any permitted reference photos needed to generate the requested video. Reference photos may pass through Wular's Cloudflare R2 storage for this processing.
- When generation finishes, Wular imports the video and thumbnail into DreamLoop storage so they appear in your project history.
Wular does not authorise these providers to use submitted content for advertising or unrelated profiling. We require providers processing personal data on our behalf to apply the same or an equivalent level of protection, use it only to provide the contracted service, and retain it only as permitted by the applicable agreement and law.
5. Why we use information
- Authenticate the installation and secure app requests.
- Moderate prompts and create, store, display, save and share requested videos.
- Calculate, grant, charge and refund credits and fulfil one-time credit-pack purchases.
- Operate optional Explore features, investigate reports and enforce content rules.
- Prevent duplicate charges, diagnose failures and respond to support requests.
- Comply with legal, safety, accounting and store obligations.
6. Service providers and disclosures
We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. We disclose only the information needed for the following services:
- Google Firebase — anonymous authentication.
- Google Gemini — prompt safety screening.
- Evolink AI — AI video generation.
- Leonardo.Ai — alternate AI video generation and reference-image processing.
- Cloudflare R2 — reference-image and generated-media storage.
- RevenueCat, Apple and Google — one-time purchases, store transactions and virtual credit balances.
Providers may process information in countries outside yours. Where required, we use contractual and organisational safeguards for international transfers.
7. Retention and deletion
Project records and imported generated media remain in DreamLoop until you delete the project or account. Deleting a project removes its DreamLoop database record and Wular-hosted media. Deleting the account removes DreamLoop projects, Wular-hosted media, daily-credit data, purchase-customer data held through RevenueCat, and the app's anonymous identity. The local AI-processing permission is also cleared.
Provider-side transient copies are subject to the applicable provider agreement and legal retention requirements. Limited records may remain where required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, store accounting, dispute handling or backup integrity. Backups age out under our retention schedule.
8. Security
We use encrypted transport, authenticated app-scoped APIs, ownership checks, restricted provider credentials and deletion controls. No service can guarantee absolute security, so avoid submitting content you do not need processed.
9. Your choices and rights
You can decline or withdraw third-party AI-processing permission, limit photo-library access, keep projects private, delete individual projects and delete the entire account in the app. Depending on your location, you may also have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to processing, request portability, or complain to a data protection authority. Contact contact@wular.us for assistance.
10. Children
DreamLoop is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. Where local law requires a higher age for independent consent, a parent or guardian must authorise use.
11. Changes and contact
We may update this policy when features, providers or legal requirements change. Questions, privacy requests or complaints can be sent to contact@wular.us. You can also read the DreamLoop Terms and Content Policy.
